A quick scan of the I Rock Cleveland archives, will reveal that I’ve long been a fan of New York’s electronic, rock, and hip-hop wizard, Cassettes Won’t Listen. So, naturally, I was intrigued when a message came in my inbox a couple weeks back promising a special Valentine’s Day single. Secretly, I was hoping that the V-Day surprise would be a cover of “Total Eclipse of The Heart,” but once I got my ears around his cover of the “F*ck and Run” from Liz Phair’s landmark album, Exile In Guyville, any disappointment I may have had, was gone right quick.
