“Teenage America” by Black Before Red is damn near close to a perfect guitar pop song. Reminiscent of One Chord to Another era Sloan, it features tight harmonies, solid melodies, jangly guitars, and clocking in at just over two and a half minutes, it’s just the perfect length. The only thing it’s missing is some well timed hand claps. You’ll have to supply those on your own.
