I ran into local videographer Don Tyler (whose work includes videos for Boatzz and Foreign Islands) while I was at The Detroit Cobras show on Saturday night. He clued me in on his latest project, a video for Mason Proper’s latest single, “My My (Bad Fruit).” It’s set to be a featured clip on Myspace in the coming weeks, but through the magic of HTML, you can see it now.
As for the video itself, it’s pretty f’n wild. There’s all these scribbly things and other things going on with this giant being who looks like a giant nose. I’m not sure what it all means, but then again, that’s why there’s a play button.
