First off, I’ve gotta say that I’m looking forward to Darker My Love’s second album for Dangerbird Records, the not so cleverly titled, 2. And, I’ve also gotta admit, I’m digging this first single, “Two Ways Out.” It’s not the wall of sound, sonic assault of their debut, instead, it’s got some very sweet, Beach Boys like, undertones running through it. However, this clip does bare more than a passing resemblance to a very high profile video released by The Arcade Fire last fall. Sure the floating heads and limbs thing looks way cool, but, c’mon guys, it’s all been done before, and done with flashy interactivity to boot.
