Straight from the inbox comes news that the Saturday Knights debut album, Mingle, can now be had for the price of an email address from Light in the Attic Records. A great summer time mix of party rock and old style hip-hop, this Seattle band’s disc includes numerous guest musicians including Kim Thayil of Soundgardern, The Dap Kings (of Amy Winehouse and Sharon Jones fame), Chris Ballew of POTUSA, and Jim Horn and The Muscle Sholes Horns, and makes a great soundtrack for beer pong, cornhole, bbq’s, and just about everything else that goes with the words summer and fun.
