Davila 666’s “Pingorocha y La Dica Rockera” is the Puerto Rican garage rock jam of the summer. Yes, I’m pretty comfortable in making that statement. No, I don’t know of a single other Puerto Rican garage rock band. Still, I would be calling “Pingorocha y La Dica Rockera” the Puerto Rican garage rock jam of the summer even if Puerto Rican garage rock bands were as ubiquitous as bearded indie folk rock bands. It’s that good.
