I’m no Dick Goddard, but the view out my apartment window says rain — Rain which can be heavy at times with the occasional thunderstorm. Yet, whether the rain abates or not, the Summer Sessions Concert Series at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will continue tonight with a free show by Akron/Family and Black Swans at 7 PM. Plus, did I mention it’s free? As anyone with an internet connection can tell you, free music is better than paid music.
