The title of the post says it all — Pavement, Modest Mouse, and LCD Soundsystem are all confirmed to perform at the 2010 Pitchfork Music Festival taking place July 16th through July 18th at Union Park in Chicago.  Warming the crowd for those three bona fide, indie rock superstars will be Raekwon, St. Vincent, Lightning Bolt, Cass McCombs, Sleigh Bells, and Here We Go Magic.  More acts will be announced shortly, and with an expanded Friday set of music, you can expect even more artist announcements than in past years.  Tickets go on sale here at 12 noon Central Time, 1 PM Cleveland Time.
