Stylistically, Jack White and his Third Man Records hit the ball out of the proverbial park with the video for “What Can I Do” by the Black Belles. Four bad-ass brunettes rockin’ the witches hats in front of a stormy, black-and-white backdrop. Those same, four bad-ass brunettes rockin’ a tight, and spooky garage rock groove. The only thing missing is a chorus, or some shredding, or a freak-out, or anything to break out and jump up and make “What Can I Do,” more than its one bad-ass groove.
