Good times will be had this Saturday at the Waterloo Arts Fest. Local bands and DJs will be set up on stages throughout the Waterloo neighborhood — My good friends the Lawton Brothers will be playing the Tavern stage at 3, and Chris Kulcsar from This Moment in Black History will be DJ-ing in the Tavern following the Bros. Later, the local famous, Chardon Polka Band will be playing outdoors at 4:30. Plus, there’s Arts (Arts is in the name, after all), a vintage and vinyl flea market at the Bechland, and food and fun. Stick around later in the night for Dj Lawrence Caswell spinning vintage soul at Arts Collinwood at 7:00, The Saides and the Waco Brothers in the Ballroom at 9, or Cobra Verde in the Tavern at 9. For more details and a full schedule check out the web home of the Waterloo Arts Fest.
