If I didn’t know better, I’d say The Kills’ Allison Mossheart and Jamie Hince elicited help from Dead Weather pal Jack White for the menacingly dirty blues riff which propels their latest single, “Satellite.”  For make no mistake, this one is all about that muddy guitar sound Hince wrangles, and the way it combines with vintage organ and accentuated off-beats in the low-end to give this track that seedy underbelly of the city sound.
