The 2012 Pitchfork Music Festival is slated to take place July 13th through the 15th at Union Park in Chicago and among the first acts who have been announced are Cleveland’s own Cloud Nothings. They will be joined by Vampire Weekend, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Hot Chip, Liturgy, and Tim Hecker and many others.

This is just the first announcement. You can expect many more artists to be added in the coming weeks.

Tickets go on sale Friday, March 9th through the Pitchfork Music Festival Website, single day tickets for $45 and weekend passes for $110. And as in past years. I Rock Cleveland will be there.
