This is a big one. Jeff Mangum, he of Neutral Milk Hotel and In the Aeroplane Over the Sea, one of the most beloved albums of the indie rock canon, has booked a January 11th date at the Ohio City Masonic Temple on Franklin Blvd. This show is sure to sell out and if it is like any of his recent gigs, it will leave a lasting impression on all of those in attendance. He is god, after all, and when you’re not allowed cameras, cell phones, or other recording devices and it’s just Jeff, his guitars, songs you know by heart, and your undivided attention, the results can be spectacular.
