What do you get when you pair one man noted for sentimental electronic music (Moby) with another man who stretches the limits of sentimentality with his psychedelic rock? You know the answer, a whole lotta of annoying optimism and a whole lotta dancing freaks. And, you know what? I kinda like it. One can’t listen to Elliott Smith all the time, else you’ll end up like Elliott Smith.

Innocents, the latest album by Moby will be out on September 30th. Hell, I may even listen to it and buy it. In addition to Wayne Coyne’s guest spot, there’s a collaboration with Mark Lanegan, too. You all know how I like my Mark Lanegan.
